Review: Tech Support Review - Unfortunately, my product stopped working after about five months, but I knew it had to be a small problem. it took me six months to realize all that I needed to do was call tech-support. They sent me a new motherboard which I thought would fix the problem. Unfortunately it did not.. but they kept emailing me to make sure it did start working. Today I received the call from Victor in tech support, and he walked him through a factory reset. To my surprise my massage chair is working like new. I give them a A+ rating for staying consistent with me and receiving a call to help.
