I feel so relieved!!!!! I’m 18 and have always struggled with my thick hair having greasy roots, but my ends getting dry and poofy. I’ve been using a lot of really drying and stripping hair products just cause I couldn’t handle having greasy hair anymore. It dried out my hair really bad and it began to break off a lot at the top of my head. You can see it bad when I braid my hair. Using this product my hair isn’t greasy AT ALL and my hair is soooo soft and moisturized! It feels rich and healthy!!!! It looks vibrant and soft and smells soooooooo good and fresh! I’m so happy with this! I never thought I’d find a shampoo and conditioner for me! I haven’t used conditioner consistently like this in years!!!

SHAMPOO REVIEW: 5 stars My hair type is a pain to find good products for. It’s fine, 2A wavy, thick density, dry ends/oily roots, AND it’s been highlighted a few times, so the parts that are dry really are dry. I have a lot of problems with products being either too moisturizing and making my roots super oily/causing buildup, or products not being moisturizing enough and stripping my scalp. This shampoo is literally perfect. It has a creamy consistency, foams up really well, cleans my hair and scalp (even after a workout and two days of oil/sweat/dry shampoo), adds moisture, and even does a bit of detangling on its own (especially near my crown, which I desperately need because I usually can’t apply conditioner there). Not only that, but my hair is super soft, shiny, silky, and amazing looking when it dries. This is exactly what my hair needed, and it’s great for my scalp too. If your hair is similar to mine, this product is definitely worth a shot. SHAMPOO UPDATE: I’ve been using this shampoo for two months now, and I stand by my original review. It transforms my hair into silky soft wavy perfection with every wash. It’s absolutely worth every penny. REVIEW FOR THE AGAVE ANTI-BREAKAGE MASK: 5 stars I also bought the hair mask in this line because I wanted to give it a try. The hair mask also Is great from a first impression standpoint. I used it as a deep conditioning treatment after shampooing, and left it in my hair for about 5 minutes before rinsing it out. After one use, my hair was noticeably softer, moisturized and wavy without being weighed down. It also detangled my hair, which is a huge plus, because I normally struggle with hair deep conditioners not doing enough detangling. All in all seems like a good product. Will keep using/update if I run into problems. Definitely worth the money so far!

I have thyroid disease and my hair is colored , which makes it dry, dull . I started using this shampoo about a year ago and it has made such a difference. My hair is softer, a lot less dry, shiny , it smells great, I have less breakage and I don't have to shampoo every day.

Some Background: I have really curly, low-porosity hair. I also deal with a lot of breakage due to my hair being thin. That being said, most styling products leave my hair anywhere from dry and brittle to stiff and flat. As a result I dont bother with mousse, gels or sprays. I only use conditioners to style my hair which my hair absolutely loves. This Product: ROCKS for anti breakage for me. I've only been using it for a week. My hair didn't care for it as a styling product even when i diluted it with filtered water to use as a leave in to style with. It sort of left my hair looking sticky even tough it wasn't. But i noticed a significant difference in the amount of hair I was losing when i shampooed with Matrix Amplify shampoo and then used Maui Moisture. Conclusion: I will save this to use on weekends. I usually slather a moisturizing conditioner in m hair and put it up in a braided bun, then wash it after a couple of hours. I tried it one and my hair felt soft and moisturized afterwards. I will be trying other Maui products. The picture below is for you to see what my hair looks like. This was with the Maui moisture put in this morning to style with until i get my Redken Curvaceous leave in conditioner. SMELLS AMAZING!!!!!

I was over due for a hair cut before the country shut down for quarantine. I was convinced I was going to have to cut off at least 5 inches due to damage and was worried the longer I waited the more I'd have to cut. My hair would get so tangled all the time, I could never run my hands through it and I was frustrated because it seemed to break and never really grow. I gave Maui a chance because the price was right, but I didn't expect much. I was just out of conditioner in my shower. But after the first wash I noticed my hair was not the same. It was as though I had just come from the salon. My ends weren't looking like they'd been electrocuted; and looking at individual strands I didn't see the split ends. I can brush my hair in the am (which doesn't get totally tangled at night any more) and it stays soft and smooth all day. I am so happy my hair looks so much healthier. I immediately replaced my shampoo and styling products with Maui. I am still in shock after a couple weeks at how nice my hair looks. I can't wait for my stylist to see it! Now instead of a bob, I may actually achieve my goal of hair down to my ribs! Btw, my hair is caucasian and fine and you might think this product would make my hair greasy, but it doesn't at all. I even used a few drops on towel dried hair and used it as a leave in, and my hair just sucks it up!

I have been using these for almost a year now and I could almost swear to you I have tried so many products in my past, and do you have a couple of favorites and other brands… However I am pretty sure that this has actually helped me grow my hair. And I just grow hair but grow healthy hair. I also use this when I had extensions put in, do not put it up where the extension is attached!! BUT I would use just a little dollop in my hand from about the midsection down to the ends to untangle the long extensions (about 24”). Literally this stuff is a godsend.

Great product, I love the way it smells and feels but when it came, it was all over the outside of the bottle and made a mess. I'm hoping the manufacturer can put a peelable lid inside or something to prevent the lid from falling off so easily

This is probably the only shampoo that really works for my hair. I have wavy/curly hair that is damaged from heat and dye. I tried several brands and several products but THIS is the only shampoo that cleans my hair without making it feel dried out. My hair stays soft and it’s not weighted down. The brand also makes products that are vegan, sulfate free, paraben free and silicone free which is a plus. I started ordering it from Amazon because I can never find it anywhere in the stores: I tried Ulta, Target, Walmart and Meijer’s and they’re always out of this specific one. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was so popular cause it works really well!
