I already knew about the health benefits of grounding but I don’t really make time to put my feet in the dirt. I have had a grounding mat under my desk at work that I put my feet on regularly (a different brand), but I recently ordered these so I could practice grounding at home. I liked the idea of the wristband. It seemed more convenient than a mat, which forces you to stay still (a problem for me). I have worn the wristband while sleeping for the last two nights. My sleep tracker has shown me to be in deep sleep for around two hours for the past two nights, which was very unusual for me. This morning I realized that I wake up with no pain in my hands. Every morning for a while I have not been able to make a fist immediately after waking. However, the past two mornings have been pain free. This was unexpected. I was really just going for the unseen benefits of grounding. I didn’t expect immediate and noticeable results! My joy about my hands led me directly to the Amazon reviews. I wanted to see if others have had such a great response, just to confirm that I am not imagining things. I started seeing photos of people’s pets on the grounding mats. Of course!! If you have indoor pets, they NEED the benefits of the grounding mats. Their ancestors were always connected to the earth through the pads on their paws. Now, many pets never (literally never) have their feet on the earth. I have indoor cats. They are missing out on all of the benefits of grounding. I felt so guilty for not realizing this before now. Fortunately, I bought the 2-pack. I set up a grounding mat and placed it next to where my cats like to hang out and look out the window. They immediately went to it. This will now be a constant part of my home. I want to provide them a healthy environment. I can’t wait to see how often they spend time on the mat. As I type this, I am spending a leisurely Saturday morning in my rocking chair. I was so impressed with the wristband after wearing it during my sleep that i brought it to my living room and have been wearing it while awake. I am getting tingling sensations in my hands and knees, places I know where I have inflammation and pain due to arthritis. I swear that this is an amazing and confusing feeling. There is no way that this could be a placebo affect since it is benefitting me while I’m sleeping. Also, I have always had a high resting heart rate. When wearing the wristband my rhr is steadily 10 bpm lower than normal. I just ordered another set that will be shipped directly to my mom who suffers from multiple autoimmune disorders which cause her constant pain. I am praying that she feels the relief that I am experiencing. This will not hurt you if you try it, but you could be doing yourself harm by not trying this. I am now thinking that the mat I have at work has a conductive problem. I am going to test it and replace that with this wristband, which is incredibly convenient.

I bought another brand first and then bought this brand also. This brand was the better value as I received more product, 2 mats and 2 wrist bands, for the same price. The mats are longer than the other brand which is also a good brand. However, with this brand I feel like I am having faster results. My particular results are sleeping more soundly and a little more energy. I use it while sitting at the computer or sitting on the couch. The cord is long enough to leave plugged in at one outlet and move the mat all around the room. The wrist bands are comfortable but I occasionally forget I have them on and try to walk to another room. My daughter also bought this brand.

The bracelets work, but it's pretty loose on your wrist even after tightening them. They are comfortable. The mats were smooth and nice to the touch. The length is good, especially when you're having one at your foot and move around a lot. The width is good as well. It fits my feet but for my husband, it's a tad bit small.

Have been sleeping with the mat for about 1 week - I am getting deeper sleep and a lot more REM sleep - I wake up remembering dreams more. I think I'm still adjusting to it- but even though I wake up a few times during the night I'm getting deeper sleep so my energy, focus, motivation are better during the day now. I have significantly less hair loss, hardly any in my hairbrush now which is really unexpected and crazy but has me sold on the mat. I did a full 48 minutes of cardio on my stairstepper while grounded with the wristband - have not been able to do this in 6 months. The thing I like best is my focus and motivation are so much better, and I think this is because of the increase in REM which helps restore the brain. Interestingly, before this I had tried a grounding piece of fabric with alligator grounding clip but it kept waking me up during the night. So I started using this mat and I switched the plug into a socket on a circuit where i don't think anything else is running and have gotten hugely different results. I also blocked some EMFs from areas in my house that I had measured with a smogmeter before and after (wifi router, microwave, walk-around phone base, area next to my bed with tons of plugs in one socket). I used cheap silver insulating blankets for this but tin foil works too. UPDATE: It's been 1.5 years since I bought this. I've used it on and off. I hadn't used it in a few months until about 2 days ago when I decided to give it a go because my sleep has been bad lately. Once again, i notice the stark results of using this mat to sleep on. Suddenly I have strong dreams I remember which means healing REM sleep, and I don't wake up in the middle of the night like I was. I had stopped using it because I got spooked about people saying it gives you cancer. But how can that be with such apparent health results. I'm going to keep using it because it makes me feel so much better. When I wake up, I feel like I should again, like I slept deeply.

Within a short time the tingling turned into aches in my wrists and legs, kept me up all night feeling miserable as if I'm having serious EMF circulating in my body. By the 3rd day, I was in pain and had to leave the apartment to ground myself in the grass. There seems to be only positive articles about grounding mats, so I thought people need to know it's not for everyone. Mine made me sick. I did try other brands as well, they all did the same thing, so it's clearly not an issue of a flawed product. If you suffer from your first purchase, save your money on a second hoping that would work. It's just your body being unsuited for such gadgets.

I love this product. I sleep with it at the foot of my bed every night. I can feel a shift in me. The bracelet is also great to use during travel, at work, or while I am on location. It's great. I highly recommend it.
