has anyone used this for tattoo aftercare? theres a lot of these kinds of wrappings made for tattoo healing but this one isn't specific to it.

I use it for all my tattoos and it works great. If you get one with a lot of color work in it then it's best to wait at least 12 hours afterwards to apply it (since the color tends to leak more). During that time I just use regular plastic wrap to cover it. I leave the tegaderm bandage on for usually 4-5 days and all my tattoos have healed great with really bright colors.

Do any dialysis patients use to cover port?

My wife uses these to cover her port when getting I'm the pool ocean etc. As long as you don't poke a hole in it, stays dry all day..

Can they be folded without damage for storing in a first aid kit?

I would not suggest folding In fact I would not suggest using in a first aid kit. I found them to be hard to use. They stick together to easily like a bad roll of scotch tape.

Can I use it with my Omnipod?

I didn't know what a Omnipod was till I looked it up ,but I do belive it will cover it and keep it dry it worked well for me when I used it to cover a tube that was in my stomach
