Almost all good here. It was very easy to install. Once on, the anti-glare effect not only works as before but better, it's even better in that regard, almost doubling from the screen and the protector. It also does not smudge from what I've seen, which was very welcome. The naked steam deck screen (for my 512 version) smudged so easily and was hard to get finger prints off properly. The one drawback, the every slight dulling effect on sharpness that the 512 has (and it's hard to notice) but that is slightly more still once you apply the screen. So it's like doubling down. Overall I like it. I have the antiglare and protection I wanted, I was pleasantly surprised that it doesn't smudge. Update: I've gotten this twice now, as I upgraded to the Steam Deck OLED. This is the easiest installation I've ever had with screen protectors. I've always had issues with bubbling and getting things perfect w/ other screen protectors but with this one -- both times it was incredibly easy and zero bubbles. Wish I could review it twice and give it 5 stars for both times, if I could I would.

The quality of this screen protector is amazing! This product comes with some alignment tools in the box. This screen protector has some sort of anti glare technology that makes it really easy to play in places with a lot of light and a lot of effectiveness. It is sticky. When I applied mine, I managed to get no bubbles.

I was a little hesitant buying this screen protector due to all the reviews saying that it doesn't fit quite right. I've got the 512gb model and I love the anti-glare screen, but I don't feel comfortable using a handheld device without a screen protector and I don't want to lose the anti-glare finish. So, despite some reservations I gave this screen protector a shot. I may have just lucked out or something, but this protector fits my steam deck perfectly! The entire display is covered and you can barely tell it's there. Application was flawless using the included instructions, touch screen functionality seems unaffected, quality and clarity of the display seem unaffected, and the anti-glare effect is great. On top of it all, this protector is WAY more resistant to fingerprints than the bare screen itself! Keep in mind that there's only one screen protector here, so you've only got one shot. With that in mind, this screen protector is priced a little higher than a lot of its competitors but I think it's absolutely worth the price. I couldn't be happier with it.

I absolutely love this screen protector. The box it came in was clean and nice looking. It comes with a microfiber cloth, some dust stickers, great pair of application stickers, and of course the protector itself comes in a foam sleeve. If you have put screen protectors on your phone before, this is not too different. It fits perfectly on my screen, not barely too big or small, it’s a 1:1 fit (and I get really particular about these things so I was happy about that). One thing to note, if you have never used a matte/etched glass screen protector before, the pixels will be eeever so slightly fuzzy. The best way I can describe it is if you had a hint of anti-aliasing built into the screen. This is the the case for all screen protectors like this, including for phones, and etc. However it is unnoticeable when you’re gaming or doing anything else. Why isn’t my review 5 stars? Simply put.. the price. 20 American smackaroos is a bit much for a single screen protector in my opinion. To me it would be much more reasonable if it either came with two protectors instead, or at least reduced the price to $15. That being said, I stand by the fact that this might be the highest quality screen protector I’ve ever used. I highly recommend this product to anybody using a steam deck, just be wary of the price.

I have a 512gb and a 64gb steam deck. I applied this screen protector to try and get close to the screen on the 512gb, and this just is not even close to it. The image loses SO much clarity, and there is haloing on bright objects against dark backgrounds. The pictures I added here are as IN FOCUS as possible, but it is a blurry mess both in pictures and in real life. Pictures that look sharp are the 512gb with no protector and the blurry ones are with the MagGlass on the 64gb. Things I will acknowledge: -- The anti glare is excellent... if that's all you care about, and will be doing a lot of gaming in sunlight, this is probably the way to go. The anti-glare is actually significantly better than the etched glass on the 512... it just comes at a massive cost to screen detail. -- Applying the protector was simple, and the fit is perfect -- IF you absolutely have to have anti-glare, this protector seems to be the best on the market, at least in Q4 2022. Hopefully someone realizes that the steam deck doesn't need the same level of anti glare that you'd have on a phone, and creates a product that finds a sweet spot between this and no anti glare.

In the 5-10 seconds it took to take off the film from the back to putting it on my steam deck a particle landed directly in the middle of the screen. Due to how well the protector fits the screen (maybe 1mm off from being border to border) taking it off to try and remove that particle caused 1 edge to be slightly bent and now will not adhere. With my own inadequacy out of the way, I barely notice a difference in screen quality (some reviews would have you believe that you're looking at the screen like someone smeared Vaseline over it) and the anti glare works great. It was easy to install overall, I just wish that a single particle didn't get in the way, but I can't take points off for something that the product isn't at fault for.

Me encantan las micas con terminado mate para quitar los reflejos que cualquier pantalla tiene. Lo único malo quizás es que de repente quizás quita un poco de nitidez si lo comparas cuando no tienes nada pero creo que hasta cierto punto se espera

Taille OK. Si on veut être pointilleux, il doit manquer un 0,5 MM car je l'ai bien collé à la base et il me reste un léger espace... Mais c'est tout à fait acceptable. Pose : tout est fourni, autocollants pour tenir le verre également (gros plus pour poser), compresse alcool, microfibre, etc. Durée de pose : 5 min en lisant la notice étape par étape (en anglais seulement). Zero bulle : j'en ai eu une que j'ai poussé vers l'extérieur grâce à une carte.

I originally had a standard glass screen protector and it was just too reflective in bright environments so i purchased the matt screen protector. Installation was easy and the fit was perfect. It makes such a difference when using the deck outdoors or bright places. I have read people talk about a slight image degradation when using matt protector but to be honest i dont really notice much difference as the image quality of the screen is still great, if a little duller. Just turn the brightness up a little on the screen and all is well. I would recommend a matt protector if you use your deck outside alot or in bright indoor environments. Its well worth it for me.
