I have tried all the well-a toners and could never completely get rid of all the brassiness….till now!! Holy cow this stuff actually works!! I bleached to a 9/10 which left me at a bright yellow that you normally see when bleaching. Then I used this icy white crème toner with 10 developer at a 1:1 ratio. I left it on for about 20-25 minutes. I finally have the ashy platinum blonde that I have been shooting for.
