Cons: The only drawback is the tube cannot sustain a full dropper, the dropper is not that great, so I just squeeze and take 2 doses to get a full droppers worth, not a deal breaker for me. Warning: "Do not take later in day", I had trouble sleeping when took after 4 PM.
