This is a great suture kit for emergency use. I had a bunch of picture but for some reason I could only attach one to this review. The kit is in a sealed clear plastic sleeve. Then it is in a sealed package. The suture itself is in cardboard packaging that is very well put together. Seems well made and can easily get the job done in a pinch. One thing I should mention is it is larger than I thought it would be. The kit is about 4 inches long. It should still fit in a well put together first aid kit.

In setting up a solid med kit, these are perfect gear. If you have training as a combat lifesaver, you know it is the combination of gear and skill that save lives. If you pull over to assist an accident by the side of the road, your little box of band-aids are worthless. Major gashes and cuts need to be sewn up. These individual, sterile sutures are just what the doc ordered. Glad to add this to my med kit in my trunk.

Just what I ordered. Great price and quality. I feel these can be used in an emergency. Part of my trauma kit. Better than fishing line or thread.

They are of good quality

I have not bought other sutures, so I cannot speak to the quality of these ones over other brands. However, these work exactly as I need them too. They arrived undamaged and well packaged. Each suture is individually wrapped in 2 layers so I am positive they are sterile.
