The white polystyrene case and black insert both tore within 6 months. The quality of the product does not justify the high price as the polystyrene case looks home made. The ice cubes pop out of the black case whilst in the freezer and the polystyrene case sticks to the freezer. Its impossible to get the ice cubes out of the black case out without running under luke warm water. The ice cubes are clear but not worth the hassle.

Made perfect clear ice cubes on the first try. Love it! I learned that the ice cubes tend to crack when you pour liquid on them. This is easily solved by letting the ice cubes temper, or sit for about five minutes before using them.
