I have just received my third rapid cool flask from you. none of them have shown a red or orange light, only a green. has there been a bad batch?

I have the same issue! And can’t believe everyone else’s judgey unhelpful comments! I’ve been making the bottle in his bottle to make sure the formula is dissolved in boiling water and then putting it in the rapid cool to get it to temperature… if you put hot water on the lid mine does go red but only for boiling water

Is it possible to make a sterilising solution that you pour into the flask or do you have to put it in a bucket of the solution?

We only recommend the RapidCool to be sterilised as per the instructions. If cold water sterilising, you should ensure you are following the instruction on the packaging of the sterilisation tablets / solution. Thanks Team NUBY

Does the formula once it's cooled down to the perfect temperature Stay at the temperature? If so how long for?

Hi, Thank you for your question. The RapidCool will cool down the feed to the right temperature, but it will keep cooling down, not maintain the temperature.
