These were really comfortable. Fit well and kept my toes toasty warm. This was the most important issue for me. There really isn't much arch support but as I only use them for a few hours in the morning and evening. One thing to take note of on "memory foam" footwear of any kind is that it's better to buy them 2 at a time. Switching them out each day gives the memory foam time to really come back to full fluff m, so to at speak. I have washed them by hand using a brush, scrubbing the inside deep by toe end, several times and everything is still stitched inside. It does help to revive the memory foam a bit. Dry well by pressing with a dry towel then rubbing the area with memory foam with the dry towel to fluff it up. Then leave to air dry.
