Lodge Cast Iron 14" Wok

The Seller was very helpful as this 14 inch wok seemed to disappear in delivery. Our daughter and son in law in Ireland received it yesterday. My husband and I have had one for 20 years and this past year purchased a 9"wok which we have with us on this Christmas trip. The pans come seasoned and the seasoning lasts. They may be a little more expensive but well worth it.

This is fab and use it for cooking a wide variety of food. Easy to clean

Positive- It can be used on induction or gas hob cookers. I like the even heating around the wok during cooking. Negative - It has a roughness inside the wok which I find it a bit annoying which creates the rough scratching noise while stirring the dishes inside the wok. It is a heavy wok.

Prodotto arrivato in perfetto stato e in anticipo. Lodge una garanzia come sempre. Il wok fa il suo dovere. La manutenzione è più semplice di quanto possa sembrare. Se trattata bene è una padella eterna.

Mooie pan

Es difícil cocinar en ella. Tengo vitro y no es que no sirva pero tarda un siglo en calentarse. Quizás para otro tipo de sistema vaya mejor. Por otro lado, lo que ya sabemos: - Pesa un quintal. Con el volumen que tiene y además lo que pesa se hace muy difícil manipularla. Yo estoy muy mentalizada, pero en casa nadie la quiere. - Se pega, vamos a dejarnos de tonterías. Cada comida que prepares en este wok es una lucha agotadora entre él y tú... - A ver si no te pegas, c#⚡⚡💥!! - Es muy trabajoso de mantener y de limpiar - Lo único bueno que le veo es que es -supuestamente- más saludable.

Pre seasoned .. even distribution of heat.. just ensure u heat it up and put oil after every cooking to make it last long time … also helps with gas … heats up fast so my gas consumption is lesser now
