I am 4'10". Can the cord length be adjusted?

Hi, Yes, the length of Flexies Pilates Bar is adjustable and can be adjusted using the 4 knobs on each side of bar and resistance bands. Though these are "Pilates Bar Workout Cards" which can be bought seperately to enhance your workout sessions using the pilates bar.

Is this good for 70 year olds?

Oh my gosh yes it has easy, medium and hard workout but it can even work for teenagers if they aren’t old enough to use a gym and for them to workout from home.

These cards met my expectation in regards to the extensive exercises BUT I thought the actual size and text of the cards were way smaller than advertised. Therefore not worth the £31 price point.
