Mesh hat protect head from over heating. The adjustment strap does not stay in place. Strap keeps loosening.

Great breathability
Very breathable, and as I felt the pics didn't do justice, I'll ping out that they are very high quality. Update: After wearing 4-6 days a week for 10+hours a day in a blue collar with a bump cap insert for over two years; the first one just reached end of its life. Had to throw it out due to the clasp breaking. Excellent life span especially when considering the price.
