These are my favorite noodles. I use them in both soups and stir fry’s. They have a bit of chew, which is perfect. No bad ingredients Don’t get mushy And super easy to cook with

I bought these noodles because a recipe I had for Sesame noodles called for fresh udon noodles which I couldn't find so I subbed these ramen noodles in. They are NOT organic and are made from wheat and salt. They upset my stomach and caused acid reflux which cued me into thinking that they had Glyphosate on them or, that they are a hybrid form of wheat that I can't digest. They also taste very salty made with industrial salt. I don't recommend these noodles.

I love these noodles for noodle bowls, chow mein, and honey hoisin sesame noodles. They're on the thin side, cook in a flash, have a really nice texture, and work well with many kinds of Asian sauce mixtures. I don't like to be without these, because they are such a good and versatile stand-in for other types of noodles, and have a good shelf life so I don't need to run to the market or to the Asian market when I've got plenty of vegetables and meat on hand and want to make something quick with noodles. I used to get these at Whole Foods, but haven't seen them in the store aisles recently, so I was very glad to see they are available at Amazon!
