We usually wear them overnight once a week and they keep our heels soft. I noticed that another reviewer highlighted the fact that one of the ingredients is urea. Urea is commonly used for the treatment of psoriasis, excema, and many other skin diseases. It is also used in many dermatological products to promote rehydration of skin.
