A gallon of A-side is approximately 9.6 pounds, and the gallon of B-side is approximately 8 pounds.

How thick can you pour? Looking at a project that will be about 2 inches in depth, any help would be appreciated.

You can pour up to 1/4" per pour. Once it starts to get hard, you can add another layer.

How much work do you have before it hell’s up and no longer use able

it says the gel time is 20-30 min so I think that's what you're looking for.

Has anyone used this for a full pitri dish art? Or larger art wall decor pieces in silicone molds?

I have used this product on anything from 8 foot river tables to charms and other small projects. i haven't had any issues with it as long as it is mixed correctly.
