What is the difference between this product and the rx version?

I think MediNatura has 2 extra homeopathic herbs in the formula. But mainly I've always used this one - for over 40 years!

Exactly how large/long are the tablets?

Standard round tablet size. But they dissolve under your tongue so you don't need to swallow them.

Is this medication the same as tramedol ?

No, tramadol is a medicine. There is essentially no active ingredient at any active dose in this product. It's pure placebo.
