The tassel is not affixed but is made from the ends of the same cord that the rest is strung on. It is a very good tasbih for the money. I have used it nonstop since getting it a few weeks ago. Elegant but too long
There's no doubt about its elegance. Very beautiful and high quality. It's just huge! Too long, and heavy. I think I will use as decoration only.
