Can you take them off a bed after one night use then put on another the next?

I wouldnt do that. I stayed at 2 different hotels and I just bought 2. I kept them on for 3 nights and tossed them when checking out.

Does this feel plastic'y? Does it make noise when you move?

They don’t feel plastic’y and I didn’t notice any noise.

Are the sheets water proof?

Yes. They are totally impervious. My dog was with me at a hotel and she peed on these sheets. It didn’t go through. Just stayed on top in a puddle
