Great coffee maker
We used Keurigs for years, what a mistake on our part. This Ninja dial a brew makes such a better cup of coffee, the keurig is not even close. Cost a little more but worth every penny (in case Penny's are gone when you read this substitute nickels).

Don't waste your money
Ordered 1 year ago and paid $170. Had a problem with retaining heat but apparently misses the warranty window. Now exactly 1 year abd a couple days later it won't brew. Starts and suddenly shuts down. Throwing it away today. I will never buy from this company again.

Awesome coffee maker
For the price you're getting a fantastic deal. Swapping between single pod and grounds for a whole pot is super easy, and the machine automatically swaps the interface for each. And since each brewing device comes out, it's really easy to clean. Easy use with the dial and the frothing wand is a really nice addition. All coffee comes out hot and perfect temperature. One of our pieces was cracked, but contacting the seller we were able to get a new piece for it very easy. Super fast response, and very polite. 10/10 would recommend fron this seller.

Good machine, no manual provided
Good, but complex, coffee maker. The carafe allows the coffee to get cold almost immediately. No manual came with the machine. They instead, only provided a QR code that pointed to a website that didn't have a manual for this machine.

Todo parece estar bien. No la chequé, porque en la descripción dice: FILTRO DE METAL, y pensé que lo incluía, así que lo tuve que comprar a Amazón. Finalmente, NO MANDARON EL SEGURO del recipiente del agua, ignoro si afecta su funcionamiento. Cuando la use, daré mi opinión definitiva. La entrega, súper bién, me llegó al día siguiente de la compra. Embalaje deficiente, pero llegó bien.

El producto venía incompleto: faltaba la canastilla de preparación. Solo incluía la canastilla para cápsulas K-Cup.

La cafetera está genial !! Pero creo que al ser restaurada pues no siempre quedan bien. Ya hice la devolución y ahorraré para comprármela nueva :)
