I thought since I love this product so much I should leave a review. Rule 1 has been the only protein powder I'll use. The flavor and texture is the best I've ever had. Rule 1 is not chalky/gritty. It's smooth, no brand i've tried has been smooth and delicious. R1 use to have a hazelnut flavor that I miss, but currently I'm mixing the strawberries and creme with single cup oikos protein greek yogurt (triple berry is the best) and almond milk. I let my 7 year old taste it, and she said it tastes like denimal drink.

This is our favorite protein. We love all the different flavors. The vanilla is wonderful for everyday smoothies. The salted caramel is delicious with banana and peanut butter.

Taste really great and works perfectly because i basically live off of and only consume protein powder in my college dorm. Quick, easy, and love mixing it with coffee as well. It's really great with chia seeds and pb2 powder too.

Highest amount of protein that I have found and it mixes easily without having to use a blender. One scoop is 34 grams and it mixes with milk, water, or even coffee. This is my favorite protein supplement and I am grateful to my son for finding it for me

Flavors are good easy to absorb.

I bought the vanilla ice cream after receiving a sample of the vanilla créme from a health store. I’d say this one is satisfactory. It has a decent taste. Texture is good. It just doesn’t taste as good as the créme version, which was yummy and it’s texture was better. This one was at a better price point. I’ll def get the créme version once I complete this one. I haven’t tried mixing it with anything so maybe fruits, etc could improve the taste even more.

So here is my honest review: i have tried the salted caramel flavor before this one and i switched to this only cuz it had a nice discount so i’ll compare both - this one has a “thicker” texture “like a milkshake” when u add it to milk, which is new to me but tastes good, more like treating myself with a milkshake - serving size is larger (33g vs29g) which means this one has 68 servings compared to 76 with salted caramel - there are minor nutritional differences in comparison (e.g. +20 calories per serving, more cholesterol) but won’t complain If the discount goes away, i’ll get back to the salted caramel for the previous reasons above

I'm new to the gym and taking protein but this was recommended to me. It tastes nice! I just mix it with 200-300ml of water or sometimes oat milk with 1 scoop and it's great!
