This book is exactly the same as the Skills for Ks3 book. The covers are the same just the titles are different.

Teaches Pre-Algebra very well. After Pre-Algebra you go on to the Algebra book of the same series where you learn quite similar things but more advanced. Good if you're starting Algebra.

Ottimo

Not for the student who gets overwhelmed at the mere sight of a page full of math problems. That said, I appreciate it just as much as I have come to appreciate the other books we’ve used by Humble Math. It’s highly effective math practice at an incremental but steadily progressive rate and we could not be more pleased with them.

This is a great classroom resource. It really helps students practice basic skills to prepare them for algebra!
