Q: what do they have inside the kit

It is just like the picture: there is a softball sized wiffle ball used to form the glove's shape, an elastic wrap to hold the glove together, break-in oil or solution to soften the leather and a sponge to apply the oil to the glove with. I hope this helps you!

Q: Can this be used on pigskin instead of rawhide?

I'm sure it can be used on any kind of leather, but it will darken it. If you have a glove with that buckskin look, you should be ready for it to darken in color quite a bit.

Q: My glove looks darker than before, will it return to the original color when it dries?

It will depend on the age of the glove, the amount of oil and the type of leather, but yes it could slightly darken some gloves.

Q: Will this work on a white hockey goalie glove? Will it stain or damage it?

It's oil, so I'd guess it would stain it if it's oil permeable. It definitely darkens a baseball glove. If the glove is not oil absorbent, the kit probably won't help. Honestly, I've never seen a hockey goalie glove up close.
