I actually recommend this to every woman in peri or menopause! it makes my hot flashes go away, and stay away. I ran out and was fine for several months, but you know... I have pcos so my cycle is so bad! I been taking this for bout a year now and it has helped. My flow is only heavy for 2-3 days the rest I’m just spotting. It has helped so much!!! Smell and taste not bad I still take it with lemon juice. I recommend for all woman!!
