It is my understanding BPA is used in plastics and resin, not in glass. This pitcher is glass and that is why I switched from a plastic pitcher to this one. Glass is also better for the environment.

I believe it’s China. The glass has no markings but the stainless steel lid has “304 Food Grade” words in Chinese.

I have had only a couple of weeks and the lid is now falling off every time I pour. Is there anything can do?

I always take my lid off to pour because of it not fitting snugly. Still love the pitcher.

Does anyone know any silicone sleeve with a fitted size can be bought to protect the glass?

I'm not aware of any silicon sleeve for it. I bought this pitcher because I wanted to get away from plastic storage but if you're worried about it breaking it might be best to do plastic or look for a metal one.
