I’ve never had a wdt (Weiss distribution tool) but I figured I’d take the plunge. I know there are cheaper ones out there but you know what they say, “buy nice or buy twice” so I decided to splurge and treat myself to this one! Not disappointed one bit! Does a great job at breaking down any clumps and smoothing out the ground beans. I really like that it has the ability to simultaneously spin as you press down, very cool and efficient. I use this in conjunction with a leveler and a tamp to help me make consistent shots!Edit August 2022: fyi from seeing the other reviews it should be noted that the proper way to use this item is by pressing down and twisting the handle. This is how you get the proper rotation. I find it to be very effective and is still part of my daily routine. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good product with things to improve *by C***Z on August 24, 2022* At its longest setting needles only reach 5/8” most portafilters are 1”, lasts 3/8” are not distributed.
