This is my favorite high protein snack for busy afternoons. The chocolate mint flavor is surprisingly good, like a Thin Mint with muscle. It is low in net carbs, keeps me full, and does not melt or fall apart in my bag. Having one in the afternoon helps me stay energized until dinner without reaching for high sugar foods. Perfect for anyone looking for a portable and satisfying protein boost.

I've been trying to increase protein in my diet. I tend to like the CLIF Builders Protein Bars. They are gluten-free, non-GMO, low glycemic, and each bar has 20g of protein. This is a 12-pack of the CLIF Builder Chocolate Mint Protein Bars. Each bar is 2.4 ounces. I find that I can eat a bar for breakfast and feel completely satisfied. The filling is quite tasty and this is definitely one of the better protein bars that I've tried. If there's a downside here, it's that the CLIF Builder bars tend to be better when they're obtained fairly fresh. In this case, for example, the entire box tasted like it had been on the shelf for a bit. It was still good, but it wasn't truly excellent. Thus, I'm sticking with a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star. However, I'm still definitely a fan of the bars and I turn to them when I really need to up my protein for the day. The taste is great, the filling is wonderful, and the plant-based protein is great as a healthy snack or even a meal replacement.

My teenage daughter loves these. She’s been dealing with some stomach issues recently and hasn’t been able to eat much, so these have been perfect as a small, easy meal that helps keep her energy up. She says they taste great. She used to enjoy Clif bars, but after trying these, she definitely prefers them.

I think these protein bars taste great less carbs than some other ones I would highly recommend it. I’ve bought these many times.

We were looking for a new protein bar that tasted good. These are very good and don’t leave a chalky taste in your mouth. They are filling and have worked as a satisfying meal replacement
