How much noise does it make while in use? Ex. If moving while sleeping or getting up in the middle of the night.

So far I've had no noises from the cot.

Can i buy a replacement bracket that broke seperately?

No, you cannot buy replacement parts. I broke a leg bracket on a cot I purchased a few months ago. I contacted NatureHike and they told me that they do not sale replacement parts. To say the least, it was disappointing that they do not back their product enough to allow you to keep using their if a failure occurs.
