Yes, the real acting ingredient is phosphatidic acid which you can get in fearn lectithin granules for a fraction of the price , it is a pretty good product though I had good gains out of it

Oh man, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! The stack is unlike anything I've ever used before but I only recommend it if you're a high level, very serious athlete.

Is it true that you'll get an endurance push and have longer workouts?

Short answer is "yes." I immediately started to get past rep plateaus I had been stuck on for a long time. Doing the same exercises with the same weights but more reps equals a longer workout. I have been using for close to 3 weeks -- and the extra strength I noticed right away has remained. I think there may be a bit more than 30 servings, but I have already received my 2nd bottle for when I finish the first.
