82450 Wave Breaker Kit - (2) 8" x 7" Wave Deflecting Pads

Just installed these today. Much larger magnet than the infinity's and co-axial to boot. Added just the right amount of brightness / high end for the backseat passengers to enjoy and the sound is definitely less muddy/muddled. Using 730n head unit. Hushmats that are provided helps to absorb the rear deflections but also added about a 1/4 bag of polyfil to help fill in all of the additional space in the sound bar. Finally added about a 1/2 bag of polyfil to the 8" infinity subwoofer enclosure. Sound is now night and day. I'm very happy. Thought I might have to go a separate mono amp and a different 8" sub or maybe 10". No longer needed. Planning to put the regular kicker upgrade to replace the front speakers. System will really bump without having to break the bank.

Easy to install.Overall sound quality is improved. I can hear sound from the rear of my Jeep for the first time without offsetting the system balance. The price is fair for the quality and the packaging was good.

Amazed! I decided I wanted to replace the speakers in the sound bar Monday night. I looked around found these. I wasn't excited by the 7 to 14 day shipping time that was promised BUT I received the order in 2 days, and they are installed on Wednesday evening! They sound great, installation was not bad, instructions were perfect. Great supplier! Even a personal note in the order form in the package to call if I had any installation questions! Really a good experience!

If you're thinking of upgrading your soundbar speakers, this is the kit to get. The difference in sound quality is immediately noticeable. Comparing these speakers with the OE ones highlights the difference. These speakers are much more substantial with a more rigid cone material and a separate tweeter. They weigh around 4 times what the stockers do. Installation couldn't be simpler - you won't even need the excellent instructions.

Install was extremely easy. Instructions vwry clear. Came with densing mat to stick inside the speaker cavity. Everything went smoothly. They are much louder than the oem speakers. BUT the bass is still pretty bad. I have everything else stock and they rattle. I turned down the bass to below 0 on stabilizer bc they just rattle. Now i have less than low bass. If this can somehow be fixed, they would be much better. I also have waited for a month to review simply to let them break in for a while.

Much better speakers than OEM. Helps bring out more sound at all frequencies. (Much better voice) Not muffled like OEM. These are Not for aftermarket high power systems. These just help bring out the sound from the stock system. We took out the sound bar from the Jeep & packed it full of Poly fill & installed the speakers and then the bar went back in. Mind the orientation of the speaker mounting tabs as in the instructions.

Definitely an upgrade. Don't expect a drastic difference but worth it. Works because its 2 ohm. 2014 Sahara with premium needs all the help it can get.

100% sound quality improved from stock. Stock speakers were very poor quality. Install was no problem. I removed sound bar for install. Made install easier. I installed the OEM headliner/ sound reduction liner at same time.
