## Questions & Answers

**Q: Pencil broken in the .3.   Will not accept lead.**
A: I had the same issue with the .3! I took the pencil apart and realized that the tip was clogged with broken bits of lead and there was one piece really stuck in there. After trying tweezers and various methods and several attempts to blow it out, it finally came out and now the pencil works as normal 🤷🏻‍♀️

**Q: I can't figure out where the eraser is?  I have the 4 replacement erasers but I can't figure out where the eraser is?**
A: There is a silver colored cover over the eraser on the end opposite the pencil tip.  This eraser cover is pulled off exposing the eraser. The eraser is stabilized by a “bilobed” silver sleeve folded to hold the eraser. When this eraser is finished, one would rmove the remnant and replace it with the replacement eraser.  Basically, the eraser is beneath the chrome eraser cover.

**Q: It says I need some sort of promotional code but I don’t want that, how do I remove it?**
A: Hello! You may just ignore promotional code if you do not have one. You may order it normally just like any other orders. Promotional codes are discounts. Hope that helps.

**Q: How do you replace the lead? I tried from top and bottom and couldn't get it to work**
A: I have not had to replace the lead yet, but I am pretty sure you remove the eraser and drop the lead into the pencil cylinder.

Questa estate mi sto dedicando a imparare l’arte dei ritratti a matita e dopo aver provato diversi tipi di mine e marche varie, queste si sono rivelate un ottimo sostituto alla matita tradizionale. La forma e l impugnatura la fa sembrare una penna ed è molto comoda al tatto e per il disegno. Io appunto le uso per questo scopo. Le punte sono più e meno sottili ma nel caso vogliate prendere appunti o scrivere delle bozze, usate una matita tradizionale. Queste quì le consiglio per il disegno, per i bozzetti e quant’altro.
