This is tpu and poly carbonate. i need to stick something to the back of the case that requires poly carbonate. is the back pc or tpu?

I dont know. I stuck a nite eyes magnet to the back, been about 2 months, solid still.

Why is there a CA Proposition 65 warning?

Because California thinks everything causes cancer, including a phone case.

Will this case stick to a magnet?

Nope. All plastic. That said, there is a flat smooth area in the middle of the back of the case, where you could stick or glue a magnet or piece of ferrous material, provided it's no bigger than about 1.5" in diameter - much bigger and it will interfere with camera cutout and kickstand.
