Long Knee Pillow for Side Sleepers Separates Full Thighs for Alignment

I am 22 weeks pregnant and was having very bad hip pain. My chiropractor suggested I sleep with a pillow folded in half or get an actual knee pillow. So I tried folding a pillow in half to put between my knees for a while and it just wasn't working very well for me It kept moving and did not keep me from twisting my hips when I slept. It was more comfortable for me to sleep with one knee over the other but it put a lot of stress on my hips and was causing me a lot of pain. So I decided to try this knee pillow after I looked at a bunch of different ones and I am very pleased with this one so far. It gives my legs the support really good and because it is indented It keeps me from laying one knee over the other and twisting my hips in my sleep. I have not had hip pain since I started using it about 3 weeks ago. I think it is a pretty good size and the shape is perfect. So I would definitely recommend giving this pillow a try if you are having hip pain and especially if you are expecting and are needing to support your hips. This pillow is pretty stiff and took a little getting used to. Because it is all memory foam and doesn't really have much give to it. So it would be nice if it was maybe a little bit softer but because it is stiff it gives the support I need. One little tip that I found was helpful was when using this pillow because it is not real big it does not give any support to your feet so if you don't like your feet just laying on top of each other, I would suggest putting a thin pillow between them. So if you're looking for a good knee pillow that's going to give you the support you need I would definitely recommend this pillow!

Finally my search is over! I have had several different types of knee pillows over the years and none of them had all the features I was looking for until now! I have used a standard pillow that never stays in place as you toss and turn only to wake up and find it on the floor. Then I tried the small block design which only supports a small section of your inner thighs which does nothing for proper alignment of your spine. Then the block with the strap which was the worst design in my opinion. I would wake up with it on my outer thigh and constantly have to adjust it throughout the night and if you have to use the restroom in the middle of the night, minor adjustments become major. Let me tell you this knee pillow is all you will ever need. It contours to my inner thigh area all the way to my knees and gives me the alignment I need in my spine to sleep comfortably on my side. I even use it when sleeping on my back. The smooth fabric cover is cool to the touch and it doesn't get steaming hot, doesn't easily slip out of place and is easily removed for late night bathroom runs. It is made of quality memory foam that has some give and bounce back. Molds to your contours. I have had absolutely no issues with the fabric on the cover piling like pillows I have had in the past and the heather gray color won't stain as easily. It came packaged with care with no chemical smell. When they made this pillow they corrected all the other competitor's design flaws. I can't speak on the durability of the zipper. I have had it for months but haven't needed to check or use the zipper. I like that it is hidden so it doesn't rub on my skin in such a sensitive area. I have been sleeping like a baby with peace of mind that I am not putting pressure on my hips, knees and lower back.

I’ve been using for close to 3 years now. Still has held up! Firmness is just right and is a good size! Really helps my back and hips as I have lumbar scoliosis and arthritis. I took the cover off as it was annoying to use. Now there’s just lots of pilling which is why I docked a star. Other than that I have no complaints!

TLDR; I needed a new, second, knee pillow now that my partner has been using the original one I had. I looked up the brand of the one we already have & I think the brand dissolved when Bed Bath & Beyond went out of business. Couldn't find another just like it. Although I found similar ones on Amazon, virtually the same design. One of those sat in my cart until I poked around a little more and came across this uniquely shaped alternative. The fact that it cushions not only the knees, but the thighs as well, appealed to me. So I bought this one (to kind of compare the difference in design). I love it! I slept so well with that and our new sheets & comforter last night 😴 Even if you're not pregnant and never plan on becoming pregnant, your back / hips / knees will thank you for getting this. _____ I noticed myself waking up with really sore hips in my late 20s, for no apparent reason. (Were they getting wider? I wasn't pregnant!) And I'd notice knee discomfort as well, but it took me a while to connect the two & recognize the pattern — it specifically happened when I'd sleep on my side. I've always been a very restless sleeper, ending up in all kinds of positions and kind of cycling between front / back / side sleeping. At first I began using a folded pillow between my knees, and I noticed a slight improvement at first but as soon as the pillow flattened out, it made no difference. Finally, one random day in a Bed Bath & Beyond (a few years ago) I happened to come across a Reactex "cooling" knee pillow. The cooling effect was surprisingly noticeable, though subtle by design, and so great for that summer — but by now the "cooling" technology has kinda worn out it's lifeline. The pillow is still useful as ever, and effective. So much so that my partner now uses it nightly (he's had a lot of back and knee injuries so always wakes up in pain & he says the pillow has helped minimize that by a lot). I'd been subbing in a Squishmallow as my knee padding at night, but poor squishy is reaching the end of its lifeline too... so I needed to seriously get a dedicated knee pillow for myself. I bought the longer of the 2 options available (in case my boo wants to trade sometimes, cus he's got them lawng leggs) and it's legit perfect size for me (I'm roughly 5'7"). He hasn't tried it yet but he's 6' and I'm positive it would fit well for him too. The fact that this one extends to the thighs (and has many positive reviews) is maybe *the* reason I chose it over other possibilities. I swear, while everyone compliments curvy hips, they're actually a silent curse — if my knees are at that inward, acute angle they get when they touch as I'm side-sleeping [where there's no padding in between] I wake up so sore and I feel pain in my hips pretty much all day. So the extra thigh padding ensures a nice spaciousness (how can I say this not weirdly?), making sure my hips dont roll in on themselves so to say. The "thigh" end of the pillow is asymmetrical. One side has a steeper curve & the other side has a shallow curve. I like that I can flip it around to whatever is most comfortable for me in the moment, as no two nights are the same (!!) And as for the "knee" end of the pillow, it appears to be symmetrical. The curve seems the same on both sides, and it really is so similar to the size & shape of my original, H or square-shaped knee pillow. I appreciate those details. I wish the pillow cases came in a few color options, beyond greyscale & white colorways, but that's nit-picky. I'm not exactly bummed about that. I guess at least they're neutral options. I'm overall happy with the one I got! The material is soft. Make sure to read laundering instructions before tossing it in a washing machine, as with anything. It washed fine on delicate, cold wash and delicate, extra-low temperature dry. No loose seams. I also really appreciate the tucked zipper. On the older pillow the zipper is just there, on the outside of the pillow case & very noticeable to the touch. The zipper on this new pillow is almost hard to find, ha!

Sleeping with a firm pillow between my legs greatly reduced my sciatica pain and I wanted to get a proper cushion that would be less likely to fall off the bed. This is the second one I tried. This one feels very awkward and is not very firm with my (5'10" 200lb) knees easily able to crush it done. Halfway through the night I realized it had gotten very warm and I replaced it with my gel pillow (amzn.com/dp/B0CK14XY95/) which is much firmer and cooler but doesn't always stay with me as I toss and turn.

This long knee pillow provides the I support I need. It’s easy to change position and keep ahold of this pillow. Just right! I have a smaller knee pillow for travel. I am always happy to return home to this longer one.

I really like this pillow & use it nightly every night. I have a problem keeping my hips aligned at night sleeping on my side & this gets the job done perfectly. I tried using a standard pillow & it didn't work at all. It keeps my knees from touching so they don't hurt in the morning when I wake up. It keeps me from twisting at night & when I wake up it's still in between my legs. It keeps me from having to go to the chiropractor on a regular basis. It is well worth the money that I've been saving from going to the doctor.

The Long 14” Knee Pillow by anzhixiu is a game changer in my sleeping. I'm a 76 yr old male who has been suffering with sciatica lately and I recently saw in an unrelated commercial that this problem may be relieved with a foam pillow used between a persons knees. I have rods and screws in my lumbar, but that has not created sciatic since 2015 when I had that surgery. For several years I have used a little travel pillow between my knees for some comfort of knee on knee, then this year I started to get pain in my right hip . I mostly sleep on my left side, knees bent. A regular bed pillow is too big and bulky besides being too soft to help. Then I saw this product and thought I would try it. INSTANTLY, no ibuprofen, the pain went away in my hip and I could finally sleep peacefully all night! The 14" size if perfect, supporting my knees and upper leg, along with the shape it doesn't usually fall out of place during the night. Soft and comfortable, yet supportive, taking the pressure off my hip. The removable zippered cover is comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs some relief for sleep.

Cuscino di dimensioni generose che permette di tenere,non solo le cosce fino alle ginocchia separate e allineate,evitando così dolori notturni alle anche e al risveglio quei fastiodiosi dolori alla zona lombare dovuti alle scorrette posizioni assunte involontariamente durante il riposo,ma se si è di altezza media,questo cuscino ti permette anche di appoggiare un po' le gambe,per un tratto dopo il ginocchio,garantendo così l'allineamento anche delle gambe ed evitando di dover ricorrere all'impiego di due cuscini per dormire in posizione corretta. Secondo la mia opinione non si surriscalda troppo,al massimo,basta lasciarlo raffreddare qualche minuto,per poi tornare a riutilizzarlo. Può essere impiegato secondo le proprie esigenze personali,anche per appoggiare una gamba per volta per defaticarla o tenerla più sollevata rispetto all'altra. Per me le dimensioni,la forma,uniti allo spessore e qualità del materiale di cui è fatto,ovvero senza risultare troppo duro,ma semplicemente di buona consistenza,si sono rivelate davvero funzionali e comode per i miei dolori avvertiti alle anche e alla lombare,che con l'utilizzo di questo cuscino si sono attenuati di molto. Inoltre il materiale della federa,anche se piuttosto liscio,non tende a far scivolare il cuscino nei movimenti notturni o a far sudare le gambe in modo eccessivo da provocare il risveglio.Tuttavia,per me,la sensazione di calore quando avvertita in estate,è meglio tollerata se si indossa un pantalone leggero che arrivi almeno al ginocchio. Nel complesso per quanto precedentemente descritto,promuovo questo cuscino a pieni voti!!!
