Can I use it to fuel my hand warmer?

Yes. Naphtha is simply lighter fluid. You can use it in your Zippo as well as your hand warmer. Naphtha is also used as a solvent to thin enamel paint. It is also a great degreaser - you can use it as a cleaning agent (but be careful it is very flammable) and it’s great at getting of adhesive stickers. You should always keep some around the house.
