Excellent use for those with Parkinson’s. I was recommended this product by others in a Parkinson’s group I am in. My partner’s toes started showing signs of Dystonia, which was causing pain to his toes and affecting his balance. He said this has gotten rid of the pain, the curling of the toes, (while wearing them), and helped his balance. He wears these daily, and swears by them. He also has always had really sensitive feet (and toes) and he had no problem quickly adjusting to them comfort wise. I highly recommend them based on his feedback (and from others whom I know use these for the same reason). Something to make note is for the user or caregiver to monitor the tightness of the elastic (which is ajustable) that holds them onto the toes. He has learned his lesson by pulling them too tight, which caused painful red marks (like it would with a rubber band). He is more cape able of being aware of this on his own and making the adjustments his self, but someone more incapacitated, may not notice. I feel, as does more importantly my partner, that this does not outweigh the usefulness of the product, it is just something to keep a watch out for. My only personal complaint (and not my partner’s, the actual user), would be that the material that is used (thick sturdy felt), catches a lot of fuzz/pilling from his socks and looks awful after a little while because of this. It is especially worse because he wears black socks. This in no way affects the product and he could care less. This does not affect my rating, just something to make note of. The material used that creates this great product provides the comfort and strength and stability that another fabric most likely would not, so the trade off is definitely worth it and again my partner could care less. If this bothers you, a fuzz buster works well at removing the pilling.

This set is as good as the left cushion. I wear size 8 shoe and this offers support of my big toe which can suffer from the altered walk a hammer toe creates. I wouldn’t be without it. The elastic can get stretched more the longer it is worn and I guess that is the time to get a new one. Once it is seen, it is easy to see if both worn which one is right or left. This simple, little moon offers comfort and strength to poor toes bent to the extreme. I wear both, right and left and they provide relief for toes sadly out of shape. Works as advertised but the retention strap can cause abrasions.

Exactly as advertised, although it hurts my foot. Because of my toe shape and the hardness of the pads, I have had a hard time adapting to these pads. As far as quality, I like these felt pads as much as the leather ones.

Toe tent is supposed to Lift your hammertoe so it doesn’t run into a blister or callous. Though these said “large” they did not perform for my “large” foot. My Houston podiatrist prescribed a toe tent made of a clear rubbery material that was easy to use and clean. I won’t sour this review with the name but it’s in the internet. It’s a better product!

I'd never heard of "hammer toe" before I went to the podiatrist, but that was her diagnosis of my condition, and these pads were her recommendation. The worked IMMEDIATELY, and it's so great to find a simple and inexpensive device that treats a problem completely and instantly. They worked so well, that I went back to the same supplier, and bought another batch -- they were shipped very quickly.

I have been getting these from my chiropodist. When they were no longer there I found these on Amazon. They are well made and I got the three of them for a few dollars more than I was paying for one. I recommend this product.
