Is this good for chinchillas?

No, this wheel is not ideal for Chinchillas. At minimum, you would want the 12" WIDE silent runner wheel which is green, that will give them more space. But preferably, the Exotic Nutrition 14" Treadmill Wheel or Exotic Nutrition 15" Chin-Sprint wheel would be even better.
