Can I buy just the sippy nipples? I have the mam bottles but need more of the nipples :-)

Yes I have purchased them before, sometimes Amazon has them sometimes they're out of stock. But maybe the Mam website?

Can I just buy the soft spout as my daughter broke the spout for the trainer cups. I have 3 cups lying at home with broken spouts.

These aren't discontinued, I bought 2 at Wal-Mart and seem them elsewhere, besides Amazon. But I am just looking for the spouts if anyone has an answer to that.

What is the flow of the nipple on this cup?

The flow is slow but the nipple that comes with this cup tends to flatten out so I have to continually pull it out of my baby s mouth to reinflate it. Other than that this cup is really nice. My baby loves mam products. Im sure you could switch out nipples on the cup to whatever your baby prefers. I hope this helped you!

Do I need to poke a hole in nipple? Water doesn’t come out no matter how hard I suck!
