Levi Industrial Tree Hugger Set of 2 Hammock Straps

Sturdy, well made, easy to set up (depending on your circumstances, of course) and works just as described. We take these -- along with our hammock -- with us when camping. We even used them for a week we spend on a sailboat, hanging up our hammock between two masts. Worked great. We've now used these straps a collective 20-25 days, setting them up a half-a-dozen different times in different circumstances, and have yet to have any issues. Would purchase again.

I needed something for a large square column. This has worked great for what I am using it for.

We have had this item for a week now and are using it to support our Outer Banks rope hammock. The hammock is 65" wide, with an 84" (7 foot) bed. Overall length is 13 ½ feet. We installed the hugger on our two trees and I take our hammock in at night, but we leave the Tree Hugger outside. It has been through rain storms and so far we have not had to adjust it for stretching etc.. It has held up the weight of two adults without slipping down the tree trunk or stretching. I check the rings and straps each time I hang the hammock for wear, which I would advise anyone to do as a precaution. I think this winter I will take it down, but I plan on leaving it up all summer.So far it has been a great hammock hanger. 5/14/14 A month out and the Tree Hugger is still performing well! 2/26/16 Straps are still holding up! Good product!
