The OEM grates are discontinued. Weber gave me new part # 7523. Measured old ones and found Think Crucial grates # 7522 at approximately 50% less cost. The heavier cast iron grates seem to heat up and provide much better searing and grilling lines. I think it is the heavier cast iron can retain the heat and then transfers it to whatever you are grilling. And on top of this, the grates were less expensive so they were also a great value!
