You're welcome to place your order anytime. **Q: Mine looks nothing like the hat in the picture... It is a thin flaky hat with a Velcro strap in the back, not elastic. The propeller is also silver?** A: The one I received was made of very flimsy fabric & had a red plastic propeller. It did look similar to the picture, but very cheep looking. I didn't really care because it was a gag gift. **Q: Does sold by 2 mean I get 2? Or I have to buy 2?** A: Right you only get one ,but its always good to Buy-2 **Q: About what is the circumference of the adult hat? I'm not sure if I'm in the "one size fits most" range.** A: The adult size hat I received did not fit my 10 year old or any of the 25 other 10 year olds in his class. This is too small & would not fit an adult either.
