The quality is very good. Although I have only been using it a short time, I can now smell the oils that are included in the kit. Progress I guess.

I purchased the Ilios Olfactory Smell Training Kit after my doctor recommended Smell Therapy because I have lost my sense of smell. After looking at all the options available, this kit seemed like the highest quality in this price range. The kit comes with the four essential oils (lemon, clove, rose, and eucalyptus) recommended by the doctor, plus accessories and a guide. Overall, I found it to be a well-designed and user-friendly kit. I especially like that the oils are in leak-resistant, airtight dropper bottles that should preserve their scent for months. There are dropper bottles of each scent to transfer the oils to the containers that you use during the aromatherapy sessions each day. Additional oil can be added as needed. (I count on my husband’s great-working nose to tell me when to add more scent!) The instructions are easy to follow and very straightforward. If you are in need of Smell Therapy, I highly recommend this kit.

This is an excellent kit. Unlike the Moxé kit that I had bought in the past, this kit can be refreshed when the scents fade by adding drops from the scent bottles into the separate scent pad bottles. I highly recommend this kit.

This item is great for smell training to get your smell and taste back if you loose you taste. Smell training can improve your taste.

I've been using this kit for two weeks after I lost my sense of smell from COVID-19. My sense of smell is improving, though I can't tell if it's from this therapy, natural recovery from the disease, or a combination of both. In any case, I will keep it up, as I'm confident it can't cause damage. The kit is high quality, with sturdy jars and dropper bottles. The oils are natural and strongly scented. I took one star away because the instructions in the box and on the back are contradictory. The back of the box says to rotate through all four oils in a single training session, while the instructions in the box say nothing about rotating, implying you use a single scent during a session. I'm choosing to rotate, as that seems like it would be more stimulating.
