The pages can be easily removed when you want to remove them. But they do not tear so easily that they come out when you do not want them to. When I have used one for half a year or more, the cover starts to detach from the spiral. But it hasn’t ever come off entirely and I use the notebooks a lot. Ink does not bleed through.
