A nurse recommended this to me. Now whenever I get thigh cramps, which are often excruciating, I pour a tube into an 8-oz bottle, shake vigorously, drink -- and the cramp resolves MUCH faster than it would otherwise. Usually within a few minutes. Amazing stuff. I keep a few tubes in my purse, daypack, kitchen drawer, nightstand, and car so it i always handy. I have tried all the flavors, and watermelon is my favorite.

I’ve been drinking 2–3 of these a day and honestly love them. The watermelon flavor is really good. Yes, it’s a little sweet, but not in that gross stevia/monk fruit/artificial sweetener way. I usually can’t stand that aftertaste, and this one doesn’t have it at all. Huge win there. It dissolves fast in cold water (no clumps or chalky texture), and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in how hydrated I feel throughout the day. I’ve tried a ton of electrolyte powders and this is the one I keep reordering. Taste: Sweet but not fake. No weird aftertaste. Ingredients: No stevia or monk fruit—thank you. Dissolves Easily: Yes, even in cold water. Functionality & Hydration: It works. Keeps me going. Quality: Really solid overall. Worth it.
