I have one wisdom tooth that is very hard to reach and the only thin that works is a floss pick. The brush pick is soft and bends easily so I can't get it to work way back in my mouth. **Q: How long are these dental picks?** A: strange question, long enough, they measure 2 3/4" tip to tip. The biggest advantage is they are thinner than wood picks so they reach between teeth better than the old wood picks and the brush at one end is very helpful. I consider them better than flossing. **Q: Are the brush heads wide? Do they work between wider teeth gaps?** A: I have wide gaps in my teeth . these work very well to clean out debris. I got a smaller size that came with a box. I can just refill on the go. Great when you eat out. I like the brush the best. It fits into tight areas. It's comfortably soft.
