This bed frame was a great value for the price. It's well built and seems sturdy. Assembly instructions were a little short on detail, but the assembly is not difficult at all. I put it together myself in about 90 minutes, working at a very comfortable pace. I've only slept on it for two nights so far, but it has helped reduce my snoring considerably and I've slept soundly both nights. The FLEXPEDIC 12 Inch Hybrid King Size Mattress I purchased from Amazon about 18 months ago fit perfectly and works very well with this frame. I'll come back with additional comments if any problems arise, but so far, highly recommended!

I honestly thought that because I bought it on sale, it might be a defective version of the product or that the box or some part might be damaged, but the product arrived in excellent condition, working perfectly. It actually only takes 15 minutes to assemble. I recommend it.

So I’ve had this frame since August. We had a more expensive store bought frame before. This was easy to put together. ( it does come in 2 boxes. 2 different shipments) I did it by myself. However it only gets 4 stars because it is so loud when my husband moves around. Also I don’t know if it’s our mattress or the frame but I feel every single movement.

So glad I bought this bed frame,works great and for the price I’m impressed Didn’t take hubby long to put it together. He used the highest setting for the legs and it’s high so for me as a short person it’s hard to get on but on a good note I can store stuff under the bed. It’s well made and it’s so comfortable for me because I can raise the head so it makes sleeping much nice. This bed is not a light weight one like some I’ve looked at so you don’t have to worry about it moving on you. If you’re on the fence about getting one don’t be it’s worth the money and as far as I’m concerned it’s just as good as some of the higher price one. So glad I got it.

The instructions dont show how to put the bed rails on. There isnt any holes drilled to attach them, and we got a PDF sent to us, but it still doesnt show how to attach the rails. We looked all over the frame for the holes, and the PDF doesnt show anything related to our bed frame. The legs seem like they need reinforced. They are supposed to be "hand tightened only" and it says not to use the screw driver they provide. The bed shows it holds up to 700 pounds, and two of us is about 400, but the legs are not tight and it feels unsafe to move in the bed. The bed came in a box with everything and including a screw driver that is magnetic (pretty cool) but until we get some correct instructions and a confirmation the legs should move, we are trying to send the bed frame back, but it is so hard to get in touch with someone to help us.

Great value, but even better customer service!

Lets begin with a very well constructed bed. Smartly engineered and very easy to put together. It shipped in one box. I comes with a nice solid remote and not a cheap lightweight one. It is so quiet when operating you can barely hear it. It moves very smoothly as well. I like the solid slats and the cover that help keep the mattress in place. I bought this to replace an adjustable hospital bed my insurance was renting, it was uncomfortable and very noisy also. I was able to use the 36" x 80" foam mattress that I bought for the hospital bed on this new frame. I did raise the bed with some 5" bed blocks to get it to a more comfortable height for me. I stand 6' 190lbs.

This is a real deal easy to set up and motors work great.
