Is there any way to attach or adapt this for use with a power drill? Looking for a lightweight alt. to an angle grinder, but still random orbit...

The reason you need the angle grinder is that you need 11000 RPM for this to work. You can buy an adapter for you drill but it will not work. Don't ask me how I know this.

What is the diameter of the disks???

2" dia available from several suppliers. I converted over to Velcro from the PSA disks supplied.

Is there an adapter available that works with a Makita 4” disc grinder?

I think it fits on any standard grinder. I use it on a cheap $13.99 Harbor Freight DRILL MASTER Corded 4-1/2 in. 4.3 Amp Angle Grinder and it works great! For $13.99 you can just keep it on that permanently. I use it professionally for hours at a time an it works fine.

Does this work on plaster? Im looking for something to sand a plaster sculpture

You need the orbital sander made by arbor tech it is hard to tell if by this pic . The orbital will work fine it is a great little sander it does a great job
