The media could not be loaded. I kind of laughed at this at first, thinking...how heavy duty could this thing really be? I figured what the heck and gave it a shot. I wasn't disappointed. This basket is really well constructed and since it arrived it's been used by our family for many things including:* It's been a serving tray for playing restaurant (folded up)* It's been a bath tub for play babies (1/2 folded up)* It's been a lounge chair (1/2 folded up)* It's been a lap table (folded up)Last but not least, it's been a laundry basket as intended among all of the play things above. My daughter has drug this thing everywhere and really given it the toddler test. I'm extremely impressed with the durability of this thing and if she can't destroy it, it will handle laundry just fine.One little thing to mention - this basket didn't always easily fold back up as it first came, but wasn't hard to maneuver and fold up completely (see my husband's enthusiastic help in our demonstration video, LOL).If I can answer any questions about this basket, please let me know. I'm happy to help.UPDATE: February 27, 2018....this thing has been stomped one, used by our dog as a dog bed, hauled construction materials and well the occasional laundry. It still works as good as ever and I am amazed at how well this has stood up to our creative and desctructive ways. LOL.

I "lost" my laundry basket in a move, but made do for quite some time by using the laundry bag that lined the hamper to drag the laundry to the washer. This method, however, was not good for returning the clean laundry to some place where it could be folded. So I carried it in my arms so that it wouldn't get too crumpled. The result of course, was not only that I couldn't see where I was going, but that pieces of clean laundry would end up on the floor and have to be gathered again. Enter this little gem.This basket seems to be a little smaller than the Rubbermaid baskets that I used to use, but is certainly up to the task of transporting a large load of clean laundry with no spills. I love the fact that it is collapsible so that it can snug up against the side of the washer. This is done quite easily. It is not ventilated, which can be an advantage or disadvantage. If you plan on using it to store your dirty laundry in it until wash day, there is the possibility that odors would build. On the other hand, it can be used for other storage and transporting needs. It could also be used as a soaking tub for stained items or even to wash a small, very compliant dog.I would definitely recommend this product.

Using this basket as a little bathtub for when I bathe my cat. The basket appears as expected. It does need help collapsing here and there, which seems to be a common problem amongst other reviewers, so if you need to collapse it completely to store it in a small space I recommend being more gentle with it. After many ROUGH uses the rubber does seem as though it could rip... but since I’m using this for my cat about once a month I’m not too worried about the durability. It is the perfect item for my uses.Also, something interesting that came with the product is a coupon for the Vremi (company) website... which expired in 2018!

Great delivery, it arrived early. Can't wait to use it this week. Perfect size and I can understand why there were complaints in regards to folding it back to a flat position, if you take the time it folds nicely. Made of quality material and I would recommend it.I would also like to add some helpful advice since many people complained about the ease of folding the basket. My 3 year old grandson taught ME how to fold it perfectly! All you have to do is flip it upside down, press on the center and BAM it's flat. When he did this I smiled and I am using his method now. Works like a charm. He should do a video for Vremi.

Hands down, the most awesome, compact collapsible basket ever. I have used it to hold toys, cart stuff around, flattened it down when traveling in the car or RV, AND used as a bathtub for our toddler! IT is awesome! I am super impressed with it. The sides stay up very well, and you have to purposefully want them down in order for it to collapse. I know that this is technically a laundry basket, but man - using it as a bathtub for a baby/toddler its also so nice. IT's sturdy, easy to clean, AND it slides down to be about 2 inches high. I don't know about you, but saving space is always a priority! Any other baby bath I've used has taken up sooooo much space! Vremi collapsible basket for the win!!

I loved this basket. It fit beautifully under my dresser when collapsed, and it was sturdy, easy and comfortable to carry, and held a lot. It wasn't my only laundry basket, and I didn't collapse it between every use, so I would say on average it wasn't collapsed more than 1x per week.Now, less than 2 years in, the rubber part is splitting on the folds to the point that I can't use it anymore b/c the bottom is at some point soon going to completely detach. For the price, I expected it to last a lot longer under light to moderate use. If it were cheaper or lasted longer, I would buy it again in a heartbeat, b/c while it lasted, I did like it a lot.

I am happy with my purchase. I purchased this item in (dark) grey. I prefer the minimalistic approach considering I live in an apartment and need to easily transport clothes down the hall for laundering. I decided to store this basket in my very small bathroom linen closet (14' in width) fits perfectly behind my two section laundry tote... also purchased on amazon. This product is extremely durable and a very well-made product. Gets the job done. Hold 1 large load comfortably . Although I do feel it is a bit pricey. I assume you are paying for convenience and the benefit of its being compact... definitely saves space. The handles are great too. I would recommend this product.
