I bought these rubber equipment mats for my home gym and they’ve worked really well. I ended up purchasing 24 pieces total, and they covered the space nicely and made the area feel much more finished and put together. The mats are comfortable underfoot and not too hard, but they’re still sturdy enough to handle weights, workouts, and equipment without denting or feeling weak. They’ve stayed in place well and create a good, stable surface to exercise on. I also really like the color. They looks nice, decent enough for a gym floor but they sometimes lift up. Personally I think they are soo expensive for what they are.

Perfect workout mat. I use this to work the size is perfect I can add more squares or take some out if needed. It’s so easy to clean I mop over it. It’s very durable I have added my bike and moved it and the shape has keeped.

Haven't used for workouts yet, so time will tell. Best price on Amazon (or anywhere) for the thickness and quality. As most have said, somewhat strong chemical odor out of the package, but just let them sit in the garage for a week and it will dissipate. I left the window open and used odor absorbing gel containers once installed which also helped. They met my >.5 inch requirement and although the first few did slide a bit on a laminate underfloor the weight of several together held them in place well, though I did go wall-to-wall to ensure a solid feel. Notes: don't leave them in the sun or they can fade (from manufacturer); they have a strong static cling effect so any dust or debris will stick to them and will need to be vacuumed or wiped off before laying down; they go together well but each joint has to be pinched and pulled a bit to get them to lay flat; there was some slight color difference in a few of the pieces so I just used them under equipment and it can't be noticed; there is a one-way ridge pattern (like paint strokes) on each so be sure to match the pattern if you want a uniform look; squares have a unique angled joint in the middle of each side, unsure why but perhaps to keep them from being used with other brands?; they cut easily with a good sharp utility knife but make sure you switch new blades out often as the rubber gunks them up quickly; when making very narrow precise cuts it works better to flip them over and cut from the softer bottom side; they will significantly absorb ambient light in a room so consider increasing lighting to compensate; each square comes with 2 edge pieces so you'll have a bunch left over, I kept them for filling gaps; consider getting an extra box for safe keeping in case you need to replace some squares in the future and they're discontinued

Good quality and snapped together very easy. I use these under my gym in the basement and my feet are never cold from the floor. If I leave weights sitting on them, the weight does leave a mark, but once I remove the weight, the mark is gone. They wipe down easy as well.

We bought this gym flooring to create a home workout space that could handle heavy equipment and lifting, and overall it’s been a solid choice. The rubber is sturdy enough to support heavy machines and free weights, which was our main priority. That said, with very heavy loads, it does compress slightly… which is honestly to be expected with rubber flooring. If a loaded barbell or heavy dumbbells are left sitting in one spot for a long time, they can leave temporary (and sometimes longer lasting) indentations. Because of that, we just make sure to rerack and store our weights after workouts, and it hasn’t been a major issue. Installation was easier than we thought. The tiles were simple to lay out, and cutting them to fit our space was very manageable. We placed a piece of wood underneath as a cutting surface and used an X-Acto knife, which worked great. Overall, it’s a practical and good looking option for a home gym, especially if you’re lifting heavy and want to protect your floors. Just be aware of the potential for indentations under prolonged weight and you’ll be happy with it.
