Great earphones
They came charged 100% so I could use them immediately. I'm a bus driver and i absolutely love the sound quality of audio books, phone calls, music etc. Buttons are so easy to manipulate to fast forward or back up a song or podcast, answer a call, adjust the volume, and more. They are very comfortable in my ear and really block out the noise if I have both earpieces in my ears. My other earphones cost around $100 and lasted 4 years...a different brand...but these are just as good as 1/3 the cost And These are so much easier than the earbuds that can easily get lost or fall out onto the ground. (I had my other earbuds in my ear the other day and someone hugged me and touched the earbuds making my audiobook start playing and I couldn't get it to stop! Very frustrating ) With these neck earphones, you just pull them out and let them hang or retract them. The neck piece is very sturdy and folds nicely into the case it came with. I am very pleased. Great quality and great price.

Great for the price
I just replaced the identical headphones from 3 years ago. Yes, they are subject to breaking at the hinge but without a lot of abuse and near daily use they lasted 3 years and I love them. The old pair still works great but one of the hinges is starting to fall apart. For this price what you don't get is noise reduction in the microphone. Making calls works great but zero filter for background noise on your end. Music sound quality is very good and I'm very satisfied. The layout is what I love. No losing one of the buds, and you can quickly store one or both in the base. Again, not being rough with the retractors pays off in the long run. And no, I never shove these in my back pocket. Even if you don't sit on them, I doubt they would last very long with that type of stress. Why would anybody do that when the are designed to store on the neck? I like having USB-C for charging now - the old set was micro USB. You can see the battery level, at least on my Android phone. Swipe down from the top and click Media output, or in settings -- bluetooth

Durability, comfort and quality
I really enjoyed is product. The sound quality was good. But it wasn’t that comfortable. And it’s not very durable especially when you have to take it off and on. Also having to fold and unfold it ended up breaking. And the quality of the wiring for the ear buds is very thin.

It is an ok product that I use for Audible
Generic Bluetooth headphones. I have successfully connected them to an iPhone 13, 2023 iPad Pro, 2018 iPad Pro, 2022 iPad, Steam Deck, a windows 11 Digital Storm gaming computer and a windows 10 HP gaming laptop. They fit securely around your neck, come with a small soft sided pleather type carrying case a charging cable and additional sizes of the ear buds. The sound quality is about what you would expect from a generic Chinese knockoff headphone in this price range but it mostly sounds ok as long as you keep the volume under control. It advertises noise canceling and while listening to books it seems fine, however if nothing is playing you can hear every sound at a reduced volume. I have had excellent battery life with the unit working for the entire 29 hrs. of an Audible book without needing a recharge. Overall I am happy with this purchase and believe it is a good value for a inexpensive device.

Easy to use, good earbud fit and sound, disappointing microphone quality
I bought this set because I am on Zoom meetings very frequently for my job and would like to both tune out my environmental noise with some type of headphone/earbud but also avoid wearing the headset with the microphone-in-front-of-the-mouth deal, which gets annoying to wear all day, doesn't look very good on camera, and also is frustrating to take off constantly and put on properly when receiving a call. I figured something like this headset where I could just pop in an earbud as needed and have something around my neck rather than my head would be great. It didn't turn out that way. The pros: -Headset comes with a nice carrying case and folds up to a size slightly larger than an eyeglasses case, and comes with a carabiner. Handy. -It connected easily with both my iPhone and my PC computer via bluetooth. -The sound quality is very good and once you try a couple sizes of earbuds and pick the right one, they stay in (though I have not tried it with vigorous exercise). For airplane travel and the like, these would probably be a very good choice. -Battery life is at least a few hours if you keep the volume to a reasonable level. The cons: -#1 is the microphone. When I started using it, my coworkers asked me what was wrong with my computer. It sounds like you are talking from the bottom of a well even though the headset is essentially resting inches from your mouth. I didn't expect better quality than an actual headset mic, but I did expect the equivalent of phone earbuds where the microphone rests on your chest. It's not even close to that. This is the primary reason that my rating is so low, as this is the primary reason I bought the headphones and they're essentially useless. I suppose I'll use them for something else eventually. -I am not sure if the length of the earbud wire is sufficient to keep the earbuds from tugging out of your ears during vigorous exercise. Again, haven't tested this, but I would think while running and the base of these headphones are bouncing around, you may have problems. I hovered between a 3 and a 4 on these but ultimately decided on a 3 because as I said, they are not functional for the purpose I bought them. If you advertise a headphone with built-in microphone for answering calls etc, you should be able to deliver in all aspects of your advertising. If you're just using these headphones for listening to audio, go for it. They're nice BT headphones at a nice price.

Great headset, horrible mic
over the past 10 years or so, I’ve had about five of these type of headsets. All from different brands, but the hardware itself I’m sure is made in the same place. I like them because if I’m working outside I can just remove the earbuds without having to put away the entire headset. Over the years I can tell the sound quality has slightly improved. However, there is one thing that drives me nuts that has not improved, not one bit throughout the years; And that is the disastrous microphone. This headset I believe has the worst microphone of all. When checking the volume and quality, I can clearly tell that there is a 90% volume loss when comparing to the built-in microphone (see picture) I don’t understand how after 10 years no one has thought of improving the microphone for these headsets. I believe the reason for the horrible mic in this design, is that they didn’t add a mic hole. In my previous headset the mic hole is clearly visible. While on this new design the hole on top of the on and off switch is for the light. Imagine having a phone case that covers your mic? That’s what this design has done. And in sorry, I’m not letting that pass.

Handy well made headphones
Bought this for my daughter, as her job has her out driving frequently and she's often on the phone all day. It's durable and makes phone calls less distracting and the sound quality is great.

Would not recommend for active people.
Sound quality was good on my end, people I’m speaking to on a call thought the audio was poor. Was picking up to many other noises, like a TV audio 15 feet away or water running from the faucet. Music sounded fine, could use more base but wasn’t terrible. The neckband is rigged and rubs against my neck when placing hands above my head. Uncomfortable to wear if working out or working on a car etc…. Purchased 11/25 and they broke after 2 months or so right near the hinge. I super glued it together and it last another couple months and being extra careful.
